FINANCING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Road Runner Tires & Wheels offers financing and lease-to-own payment options through approved third-party financing providers for customer convenience. By applying for or using financing through our business, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. THIRD-PARTY FINANCING PROVIDERS

Financing options may be offered through independent third-party providers such as leasing companies, lenders, or installment payment services.

Road Runner Tires & Wheels is not the lender, creditor, or financing institution.

All financing approvals, denials, payment schedules, interest charges, lease fees, and account terms are determined solely by the financing provider.

2. APPROVALS NOT GUARANTEED

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Approval decisions are based on the financing provider’s own criteria, which may include:

- Identity verification  
- Income review  
- Credit profile  
- Banking history  
- Fraud prevention checks  
- State eligibility requirements

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding all financing documents before accepting any offer.

This includes:

- Payment amounts  
- Number of payments  
- Due dates  
- Interest charges  
- Lease ownership terms  
- Early payoff terms  
- Late fees  
- Missed payment consequences

4. PAYMENTS TO FINANCING COMPANY

Once financing is approved and used, all scheduled payments must be made directly to the financing provider according to your agreement.

Road Runner Tires & Wheels does not collect regular installment payments unless specifically stated by the provider.

5. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Financed purchases remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

If a return is approved, any refund may be sent to the financing provider first, depending on provider terms.

Cancellation of financing agreements must be handled according to the financing company’s contract.

6. OWNERSHIP / LEASE-TO-OWN PROGRAMS

Some providers may offer lease-to-own agreements rather than traditional credit.

Under lease-to-own programs:

- You may not own the merchandise until all required payments are made  
- Early purchase options may be available  
- Additional fees may apply

Please review provider disclosures carefully.

7. SERVICE WORK COMPLETED

Once tires, wheels, or products have been installed or services completed, financing agreements may remain active subject to provider terms.

8. PRIVACY

Financing applications are processed by third-party providers using their own privacy policies and systems.

Road Runner Tires & Wheels does not control how those providers collect, store, or use your financial data.

9. NO GUARANTEE OF SAVINGS

Promotional financing offers, same-as-cash offers, or early payoff discounts are determined solely by the financing provider and may change without notice.

10. DISPUTES

Any disputes regarding approval decisions, account balances, payment schedules, fees, or financing terms must be directed to the financing provider.

11. RIGHT TO REFUSE TRANSACTIONS

Road Runner Tires & Wheels reserves the right to refuse any transaction involving suspected fraud, identity concerns, chargeback abuse, or system misuse.

12. SPECIAL ORDERS / NON-STOCK ITEMS

Products specially ordered, custom ordered, supplier-transfer items, or non-stock merchandise requested by the customer are considered special order items.

Once a special order has been placed with the supplier, the order may not be eligible for full cancellation or full refund.

If a return or cancellation is exceptionally approved after the supplier order has been placed, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, depending on supplier charges and return acceptance.

Any approved refund may be partial and may be reduced by any of the following:

- Supplier restocking fees
- Shipping or freight charges
- Handling charges
- Order processing costs
- Installation, mounting, balancing, labor, or service charges already completed
- Financing provider transaction or processing fees, if applicable
- Any non-refundable charges imposed by the supplier

If merchandise has already arrived at our store, has been installed, mounted, used, driven on, damaged, or altered, refunds may be denied or further reduced.

Refunds for financed or lease-to-own purchases, if approved, may first be sent to the financing provider according to the provider’s agreement. Any remaining eligible amount may then be returned to the customer if applicable.

Refund processing times may vary based on supplier response times, financing provider processing times, and payment method.

Approval of financing does not waive special order, return, cancellation, or restocking fee policies.
