Return & Refund Policy

At Road Runner Tires & Wheels, all sales are considered final once any tire or wheel has been mounted, installed, driven on, or otherwise used.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

- Merchandise must be unused, unmounted, and in original resalable condition
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to processing

Non-Returnable Items:

- Any item that has been mounted, installed, driven on, or used
- Special-order or custom-order merchandise
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or road hazards

Refunds:

- Approved returns may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at management discretion
- Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

Service Disclaimer:

All labor, installation, balancing, mounting, and related services are final and non-refundable once completed.

If an issue results from our workmanship or a verified product defect, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter appropriately.

Important Notice:

Road Runner Tires & Wheels is not responsible for damage caused by road hazards, improper use, neglect, or failure to follow manufacturer recommendations.

By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
