At Road Runner Tires & Wheels, we are committed to providing quality products and professional service. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines important terms and conditions regarding all sales.
PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to reserve inventory, secure pricing, and schedule installation or pickup. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
FINAL SALE POLICY
All sales are considered FINAL once tires or wheels have been installed, mounted, driven on, or used in any way.
NO refunds or exchanges will be issued after installation under any circumstances.
All products, regardless of condition, are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. No warranty is expressed or implied beyond the manufacturer’s warranty when applicable.
FINANCED TRANSACTIONS
All financed purchases are FINAL.
By using a third-party financing service, the customer confirms that they voluntarily accepted all financing terms and authorized the transaction.
Financed transactions are non-refundable and non-cancellable once approved and processed.
The customer remains fully responsible for the financing agreement with the third-party provider.
IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all purchases, especially financed transactions.
The customer must be physically present at the time of purchase.
NO photos, screenshots, or copies of identification will be accepted under any circumstances.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns may be accepted ONLY under the following conditions:
- The product has not been installed, mounted, or used
- The product remains in new, unused condition
- The product is in its original packaging and includes all components
- The return request is made within 5 days of the original purchase date
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Road Runner Tires & Wheels.
RESTOCKING FEE
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:
- Special order items
- Custom orders
- Products not normally stocked
- Installed, mounted, or used items
- Clearance or final sale items
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or ordered from suppliers.
Once processed, shipped, or prepared, orders cannot be canceled.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice.
Road Runner Tires & Wheels reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order due to pricing or inventory errors.
INSTALLATION & LIABILITY
The customer is responsible for providing accurate vehicle information.
Once products are installed, the customer accepts full responsibility for their use and performance.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a product is defective or incorrect, customers must contact us immediately.
We may offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Manufacturer warranty assistance
All claims are subject to inspection and approval.
NO SHIPPING POLICY
All purchases are for in-store pickup or installation only.
CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or disputes for valid transactions.
Road Runner Tires & Wheels reserves the right to provide documentation including:
- Signed invoices
- Proof of service completion
- Customer communication
- This policy
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating disputes.
IN-STORE POLICY ENFORCEMENT
All in-store purchases are subject to the same policies outlined on our website.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed both in-store and online.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these policies.
