Road Runner Tires & Wheels offers tire sales, wheel sales, mounting, balancing, installation, repairs, and related automotive services. All services are performed using professional standards and reasonable care.
2. PAYMENTS
We accept approved payment methods including cash, credit cards, debit cards, financing providers, and other payment methods offered at checkout.
- Full payment may be required at time of purchase
- Orders may not be released until payment is complete
- Scheduled services may require advance payment or deposit
We reserve the right to refuse suspicious or unauthorized transactions.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRICING
All products are subject to availability.
Prices, promotions, rebates, and inventory may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel unavailable items, or substitute comparable products when approved by the customer.
4. ORDERS & APPOINTMENTS
Appointments may be scheduled for installation or services.
Customers are encouraged to arrive on time. We reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or refuse service due to:

- No-show appointments

- Staffing or operational limitations
- Parts availability
5. NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers who fail to appear for scheduled appointments without notice may lose deposits (if applicable) and may be refused future scheduling at management discretion.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns are subject to our posted Return & Refund Policy.
Products that have been mounted, installed, driven on, damaged, altered, or used are not eligible for return.
Special-order, custom-order, clearance, or final-sale items may not be returnable.
7. SERVICE DISCLAIMER
All labor and services are considered final once completed.
If a verified workmanship issue occurs, Road Runner Tires & Wheels will be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address the concern.
8. VEHICLE CONDITION DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for unrelated or pre-existing vehicle issues including but not limited to:
- Suspension problems
- Alignment issues
- Brake wear
- TPMS sensor failure
- Rusted or damaged studs/lugs
- Prior wheel damage
- Mechanical defects discovered during service
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Road Runner Tires & Wheels is not liable for damages or losses caused by:
- Road hazards
- Manufacturer defects beyond applicable warranty coverage
- Improper use or neglect
- Customer-supplied parts
- Acts of nature
- Delays outside our control
To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the applicable product or service.
10. WARRANTIES
Any manufacturer warranty remains subject solely to the manufacturer’s terms.
Road Runner Tires & Wheels does not provide additional warranties unless stated in writing.
11. WEBSITE USE
By using our website, you agree not to misuse the site, interfere with operations, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
