By placing an order with Road Runner Tires & Wheels, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.

Orders & Processing

Orders placed before 10:00 AM (EST) may qualify for same-day processing and installation, subject to product availability and scheduling capacity.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM (EST) may be processed the same business day and scheduled for the next available appointment.

Road Runner Tires & Wheels reserves the right to delay, reschedule, limit, or cancel services or orders due to inventory availability, staffing limitations, weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational circumstances.

Product Information

Product images displayed on our website are for reference purposes only.

Actual tire brands, tread patterns, sidewall designs, manufacturing locations, and models may vary depending on supplier inventory and availability.

Customers are responsible for verifying the correct tire size, load rating, speed rating, wheel size, bolt pattern, and vehicle fitment before completing a purchase.

Road Runner Tires & Wheels is not responsible for incorrect purchases caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Product Availability

All products and services are subject to availability.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable, Road Runner Tires & Wheels may offer:

  • Store credit

  • Refund

  • Rescheduled installation appointment

Tire & Wheel Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying proper tire specifications

  • Maintaining correct tire pressure

  • Performing regular tire rotations

  • Maintaining proper wheel alignment

  • Inspecting tires regularly for damage or wear

Road Runner Tires & Wheels is not responsible for irregular tire wear caused by:

  • Improper alignment

  • Suspension problems

  • Mechanical issues

  • Underinflation or overinflation

  • Road hazards

  • Aggressive driving

  • Improper vehicle maintenance

TPMS & Tire Sensors

Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensors and warning lights may require additional service, programming, relearn procedures, replacement parts, or calibration after tire installation.

Road Runner Tires & Wheels is not responsible for pre-existing TPMS problems, dead batteries inside sensors, damaged sensors, aftermarket system incompatibility, or warning lights caused by vehicle system issues.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Tire size

  • Vehicle type

  • Wheel size

  • TPMS requirements

  • Specialty installations

  • Additional labor or services

  • Taxes and applicable fees

Pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or system errors may be corrected at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of purchase or upon completion of services.

We accept approved payment methods, financing providers, and electronic payments.

Orders suspected of fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized activity, or suspicious transactions may be canceled, delayed, refunded, or refused at the sole discretion of Road Runner Tires & Wheels.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Road Runner Tires & Wheels is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Address errors provided by customers

  • Natural disasters

  • Operational disruptions beyond our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Road Runner Delivery Protection

Road Runner Delivery Protection is an optional service available during checkout to help protect eligible shipments against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Coverage terms, claim procedures, exclusions, and limitations are governed by our separate Shipping Protection Claims Policy.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are considered final unless otherwise approved by management.

Mounted tires, installed products, special orders, custom orders, and completed services may not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Refunds, credits, replacements, or exchanges are approved solely at the discretion of Road Runner Tires & Wheels.

Canceled orders may be subject to processing fees, restocking fees, or non-refundable transaction fees when applicable.

Order Refusal

Road Runner Tires & Wheels reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or system errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Unauthorized transactions

  • Safety concerns

  • Abuse of store policies

  • Threatening or inappropriate customer behavior

Limitation of Liability

Road Runner Tires & Wheels shall not be held responsible for:

  • Road hazards

  • Tire punctures

  • Blowouts

  • Improper tire use

  • Racing or off-road damage

  • Improper vehicle maintenance

  • Suspension or alignment problems

  • Damage occurring after installation

  • Mechanical failures unrelated to installation

  • Third-party repairs or modifications

  • Loss of vehicle use

  • Delayed shipments

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Customers acknowledge that tires and wheels are wear-and-tear products affected by driving conditions, maintenance habits, weather, and road conditions.

Warranty Disclaimer

Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are provided solely by the tire or wheel manufacturer.

Road Runner Tires & Wheels does not provide additional warranties unless specifically stated in writing.

Customer Conduct

Road Runner Tires & Wheels reserves the right to refuse service to any customer displaying abusive, threatening, fraudulent, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior toward staff or the business.
